Creative, with a strong character and obsessed with perfection in what he does, led him to travel through kitchens absorbing all experience and knowledge.
An innate passion for his roots and for the origin of agricultural and marine-coastal products. Embarking him on a journey that takes its name from his place of origin, Quipas, which for him means a journey to his deepest memories that now give him breadth in his kitchen.
Always looking for balance within his flavors and proud of what his country can provide.
